The Service provides users with access to information related to the Percy Jackson universe, interactive personality quizzes, user account features, display of aggregated user data (like Cabin statistics), and potentially, in the future, the ability to contribute User-Generated Content (UGC).

4. User Accounts

• Registration: Account registration and management are handled via our third-party provider, Clerk (https://clerk.com/legal/terms). You agree to provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information (managed by Clerk) and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service:

You retain ownership of your original UGC.

You agree your UGC will not contain material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.

• Moderation:

  We have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove UGC that we determine in our sole discretion violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any UGC posted by you or any third party.

• No Compensation:

  Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, you will not be compensated for any UGC you submit.
